We have a fleet of service vehicles covering the North West of England as well as offering UK wide service cover via our network of approved service agents. All service personnel and service agents have been trained in the servicing and maintenance of our AP Access 100 Ramps giving the customer peace of mind. Our own AP service team also offer servicing/repair of seats, belts and other internal and external fittings.
Our fully equipped service vehicles stock a large range of parts that are commonly used in PTS and Front Line ambulances. They are equipped to be able to make repairs on-site in order to minimise the down-time of the vehicle. Should a task not be able to be completed on site at first visit, we will discuss this with you on site and what next steps are most appropriate.
This service is backed up by our range of 500-600 off-the-shelf parts at our Preston site comprising; Access Doors, Body Panels, Cupboard Doors, Locker Struts, Seating, Seatbelts, Wheelchair Brackets, Windows/Frames, Handles, Locks, Latches, Hinges, Access Steps, Step Cradles, Battery Boxes, Lighting (interior and exterior), Liveries, Blinds, Door Stays, in addition to our AP Access 100 Wedge Ramps, Floor Pans and Drive Gear Units.
Our AP Service offering covers the most common vehicles currently utilised in the UK; Fiat Ducato, Renault Master MK1, MK2 and FB, Peugeot, Citroen, Mercedes Box Body (UV Modular and MacNeillie). Should we be called out to a vehicle and we don’t currently stock the parts required to make that fix, we will discuss how best to progress and in some cases we will endeavour to stock the required part(s) for future requirements.
